backpacking to Pulau REDANG Island (Part 2)

cruising a ferry with open deck is quit a relieving for me. im spending most of my time fascinating myself with a scenery of wide blue sea while a salt smelly wind pampering my face. most of the passenger having time of their life while taking a pictures as an evident of their experience.

the ferry will go through Pulau BIDONG Island which is under Terengganu Malaysia University supervision. they are making a research about marine life & also make their own artificial coral around the island's snorkeling & diving site. they even build a HUGE replica 'Tengkolok' (a Malay traditional head cover) at one of the island's diving site. obviously this island is famous with its history of Vietnamese Refugee Camp back then in late 70's.

after about 2 hours winding myself, we arrive at Pulau REDANG Island main jetty. actually, its a REDANG fishermen jetty. even though its a very appropriate jetty as the Berjaya's customer will drop here while other customer will continue their travel with their resort's speedboat (another 15 minutes boat ride).

my REDANG's friend already await me at the jetty. i know him while im diving at Semporna's Islands back then in monsoon season (october to february). ladies & gentlemen, fasten your seatbelt as now my cross culture & underwater experience BEGIN!!
